How do I join a table?
Open the link you were sent with Dealt installed, or tap “I have a code” in the app and type the DLT·XXXX code.
The code doesn’t work
Check it has four characters after DLT·. If the table is full (10 players), has finished or you were removed, you can’t join.
Do I have to pay to join a table?
No. Joining the tables you’re invited to and playing at them is free. Only the host needs Dealt Plus, and everyone at their table plays on it.
I’m not getting notifications
Make sure they’re on: on iPhone, Settings › Notifications › Dealt; on Android, Settings › Apps › Dealt › Notifications. You can also mute each table: make sure it isn’t muted.
How do I change my name or colour?
From your profile in the app. The change reaches all your tables.
How do I leave a table?
From the table’s settings. Your hand is discarded and your pending cards are cancelled. You can come back with the code and get a fresh hand.
A card seems offensive
Veto it when it arrives: it leaves the game with no penalty. If you tick “report”, we’ll review it.
How do I cancel my Dealt Plus subscription?
Cancel it in the store where you bought it, not in Dealt. On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Dealt. On Google Play: your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Dealt. You keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and if you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, you won’t be charged. Lifetime Plus is a one-off payment, so there’s nothing to cancel. Deleting your Dealt account doesn’t cancel the subscription.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Dealt, go to Your profile › Dealt Plus and tap “Restore purchases”. Use it if you’ve reinstalled the app, switched phones or your Plus isn’t showing. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
My Plus expired in the middle of a table. What happens?
The table carries on to the end: we never cut a game in progress. What changes is that you can’t create new tables until you renew or subscribe again. Joining other people’s tables and playing at them stays free.
How long are my tables kept?
Tables are deleted 90 days after they end.
Delete your account
- Open Dealt and go to your profile.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
- We delete your profile, your notification tokens, your purchase record and your seat at every table. It can’t be undone.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an active subscription: cancel it in the store first. If you no longer have the app, write to us with your profile name and the code of one of your tables, and we’ll delete it by hand.
